This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career consultant with 2–3 years’ experience on ERP projects who is keen to build a long-term career in consulting. As part of the Oracle Practice, you’ll play a key role in supporting delivery across Oracle ERP programmes, while developing your functional expertise over time.

The Role:

Supporting test cycles (SIT, UAT) across ERP workstreams

Assisting with test coordination and execution planning

Managing and tracking defects through resolution

Providing general delivery support to functional and technical teams

Working closely with senior consultants to ensure quality outcomes for clients

About You:

~2–3 years’ experience working on ERP projects - ideally Oracle

Background in testing / QA, or experience as a junior ERP consultant

Exposure to ERP or SCM modules (any experience across Finance, Procurement, or Supply Chain is beneficial)

Understanding of ERP delivery lifecycles and project environments

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Excellent communication and a proactive, team-oriented mindset
