The Opportunity – Earn While You Learn

We are offering a Business Administration Traineeship, giving you the chance to gain a nationally recognised qualification while working hands on across HR, office operations, IT support, fleet coordination, and day to day business administration.

This is perfect for someone who is motivated, tech savvy, proactive, and excited to learn on the job.

You will work closely with our HR & Office Manager and leadership team, gaining real experience across multiple sites.

What You’ll Be Doing

IT Support

  • Set up laptops, phones & devices for new starters
  • Coordinate IT inductions (onsite & remote)
  • Assist with first level troubleshooting
  • Manage IT stock, equipment orders & asset registers

Fleet Coordination

  • Coordinate vehicle servicing, inspections & maintenance
  • Keep fleet documentation and checklists up to date
  • Ensure vehicle presentation standards are maintained

Administration Support

  • Assist with catering, meeting preparation & program day setup
  • Collect mail, run errands & support multiple sites
  • Handle deliveries, pickups & purchasing
  • Provide general administrative support to the various team leads

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • IT savvy and confident troubleshooting
  • Basic understanding of office software, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a busy environment

Mandatory

  • Current Driver’s License
  • Strong general IT confidence and willingness to learn
