Background
Synergie Australia is seeking an Intermediate/Advanced Scaffolder to join our team for our FIFO client located in the Northern Territory.

The important parts:
13 days on / 8 days off FIFO roster with charter points from Brisbane, Cairns or Darwin
$55.13 - $57.88 per hour (flat rate), shifts will 12 hours each in duration
Immediate start with ongoing employment opportunities for the right candidate
What you will be required to do:
- Assemble, dismantle, and maintain scaffolding structures in compliance with safety regulations
- Read and interpret blueprints, building plans, and safety guidelines to ensure scaffold stability and load-bearing capacity
- Inspect scaffolding regularly to confirm safety standards and report any hazards or damages
- Coordinate with other trades and site personnel to ensure smooth project flow and safe working conditions
- Use personal protective equipment (PPE) and always follow company safety protocols
- Maintain accurate records of scaffolding structures, inspections, and any necessary adjustments
To be successful in the role you will:
- Minimum 2 years' demonstrated experience with Tube & Clip
- High Risk Work Licence – Intermediate or Advanced Scaffolding (SI or SA)
- High Risk Work Licence - Elevated Work Platform over 11m (WP)
- Working at Heights & Confined Space tickets (current within 2 years)
- Manual Driver's Licence
- Must be Clean Shaven for fit mask testing requirements
- Have full working rights in Australia
- Demonstrate a positive attitude towards safety and its importance in every role
