This Independent Subcontractor position is ideal for an experienced industry professional eager to share their expertise while enjoying flexibility and independence.

The Role

You will be responsible for delivering our suite of Hospitality qualifications and Liquor & Gaming courses to both online and face-to-face students, including trainees. As learners will be at various stages of their studies, this role requires flexibility and the ability to effectively support individuals at different points in their qualification journey.

Travel is required for trainee visits and the delivery of face-to-face training sessions.

Courses on Scope

  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) training
  • Responsible Conduct of Gambling (ARCG) training
  • Advanced Responsible Conduct of Gambling (ARCG) training
  • Responsible Gambling Board Oversight (RGBO) training
  • Advanced/Licensee Training
  • Cert IV in Hospitality
  • Diploma in Hospitality Management

What We’re Looking For

Essential Qualifications

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent)
  • Qualifications as listed above
  • Working with Children Check
  • ABN

Essential Experience

  • Demonstrated industry experience in Hospitality
  • Proven experience in training and assessment
  • Experience working with online students (highly regarded)
  • Relevant industry currency and professional development
  • Experience with validations and QA

Personal Skills & Attributes

  • Outstanding communication skills to engage with students, management, and stakeholders
  • Exceptional organisational skills to manage your diary and ensure reliability
  • Excellence in providing feedback regarding assessments
  • A valid Driver’s License and own vehicle for travel from time to time.
  • Access to your own laptop
