Description

Are you passionate about leadership, creativity, and supporting people to build their confidence and independence?

We’re looking for a motivated and energetic Inspire Program Lead to help deliver engaging, capacity-building experiences to our participants through our group-based Inspire Programs.

As a Lead, you’ll:

  • Guide and support the day-to-day running of our varied 1 day to 7 day programs (travel involved!)
  • Provide leadership to support workers and create a safe, inclusive space for participants
  • Be the on-the-ground problem-solver and a key link to the Program Coordinator
  • Bring your initiative, organisation, and people skills to every session

Availability:

We’ll work with your schedule – but once you’re rostered onto a program, you’ll need to be available for the full program duration plus a few hours of admin the week before and after.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Certificate IV in Mental Health
  • Experience leading groups (disability, education, or community preferred)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check & WWCC
  • First Aid + CPR
  • Strong understanding of inclusion, capacity building, and the NDIS
  • Commitment to participant choice, dignity, and safety
