About the Role

With your experience as a House and Land Manager or 2 years as a House and Land Co-ordinator, your primary focus is to support our Queensland - Glenvill Homes Business in completing H&L Packages for our Retail Housing team.

Reporting to the Sales Manager - (Glenvill Retail) your responsibilities will include:

  • Prepare and manage House & Land packages for the sales team (using Runway) - primary function - (previous experience using Runway preferred but not essential)
  • Be able to read & understand engineering drawings, Plan of Subdivisions & Estate Design Guideline
  • Be able to Source land to package onto
  • Ideally have existing relationships with land agents & if not then have the ability to develop those relationships
  • Manage stock list/portal
  • General admin support for the sales team
  • Liaise with internal Sales Consultants on retail packages
  • Provide reports and workflow documentation as appropriate
  • Maintain a professional approach in all dealings with the client, face to face, telephone or written.

About You

  • Previous experience in similar role within the residential construction Industry (highly desirable).
  • We anticipate that you will already possess a sound level of acumen across the Microsoft suite - including Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • 2+ years experience preferred
  • Ability to site plans accurately and meet estate guidelines
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Your knowledge of the ever-changing landscape is always up to date.
  • Ability to deal with people on a professional basis
