About the role
As the Head of Training Fellowship Support Program (FSP), you’ll lead the Medical Education team, oversee registrar training and supervision, and ensure delivery of high-quality education outcomes. Reporting to the FSP Director of Training, you’ll guide strategy and mentor the medical education team to deliver FSP collaboration closely with the operations team.
This is a part-time, permanent contract with 0.5 (2.5 days) to 0.7 FTE (3.5 days) available
As our Head of Training FSP, you'll also:
- Lead, mentor and manage the Medical Education team to foster excellence and innovation.
- Oversee registrar support, case management and education delivery.
- Guide supervisor development, training site accreditation and quality standards.
- Collaborate across RACGP teams and stakeholders to drive program success.
Skills & Experience
- RACGP Fellow (or equivalent).
- Proven leadership in medical education.
- Strong stakeholder and relationship management.
- Skilled in registrar training and supervision.
- Experience as a RACGP CCE examiner
