Head of Operations | National Role
We’re looking for a Head of Operations to lead our national network through an exciting phase of growth. This is a senior leadership role with real influence, shaping performance, culture, and operational excellence across corporate and franchised venues.
About the Role
Reporting to the Managing Director, you’ll drive operational strategy and lead a high-performing team across the country. You’ll partner with Franchise Partners, Regional Managers, and venue leaders to lift performance, strengthen capability, and deliver consistent, high-quality customer experiences.
What You’ll Do
- Lead national operations strategy and execution
- Drive sales, profitability, and performance across the network
- Coach and develop senior leaders to build high-performing teams
- Oversee labour, cost control, inventory, and compliance
- Ensure consistent customer experience and operational standards
- Lead training, capability, and new venue openings
- Continuously improve systems, processes, and performance
What We’re Looking For
- Proven senior multi-site leadership experience in hospitality or QSR
- Strong commercial and operational capability
- A people-first leader who can influence, coach, and inspire
- Hands-on, strategic, and comfortable in a fast-growth environment
