We are currently partnering with a large, nationally recognised organisation operating within a complex, highly regulated environment to appoint an experienced HR Manager on an initial 3-month contract.

With a workforce of 400 employees and operations spanning multiple locations across Australia, this organisation plays a critical role in supporting essential infrastructure operations. • Manage and support a range of IR matters, including EBA interpretation and application
  • Contribute to broader HR transformation and uplift initiatives
  • Support and mentor a junior HR resource (HR Advisor)

About You

  • Proven experience in a HR Manager or Senior HR Business Partner capacity
  • Strong Industrial Relations capability, with experience in EBA environments
