JOB DETAILS:
Background
This role is within the Department of Housing, Local Government and Community Development – Budgets and Finance.
Responsibilities/Roles:
Manage lease system (PROGEN) and ensure compliance.
Prepare journals, disclosures, and billing policies.
Conduct annual reviews of billing rates.
Communicate finance changes to NTGEHO.
Troubleshoot systems and manage debt recovery.
Requirements/Qualifications:
Experience in financial accounting and statutory reporting.
Ability to prepare annual financial reports.
Strong communication and analytical skills.
High competency in accounting software and Excel.
Desirable: Degree in accounting/finance; CPA/CA membership.

Level of Education: bachelor degree
