Responsibilities or duties

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, including forecasts and market analysis, to senior management.
  • Train and develop sales staff, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills needed to succeed.

Qualifications or requirements

Experience needed

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive sales, with at least 3 years in a management role.
  • Volume-based sales experience preferred.
