Brisbane (preferred), Sydney or Melbourne based - some travel required
As the Gaming Support Lead - Systems & Training, you’ll be the critical bridge between high-level gaming strategy and on-the-ground operational excellence. You will oversee the tactical implementation and training of loyalty & system-based gaming strategies and supporting the day-to-day operations for venue gaming teams.
As a key partner to the broader gaming team and technology, you will ensure that all systems are optimised for peak performance by focusing on operational simplification, in venue system education and operational compliance.
Beyond technical oversight, this role is dedicated to embedding knowledge in venue teams - analysing and identifying skill gaps to develop comprehensive training and implementation plans, in order to drive operational efficiency and elevate the overall guest experience.

Trend Analysis And Gap Prioritisation
- Lead the continuous identification of organisational knowledge gaps by benchmarking internal team competencies.
- Trend analysis of service desk and other support calls logged by venue teams.
Implementation & Education Of Gaming Systems
- Liaison between Technology & Operations.
- Conduct training sessions for venue staff on the suite of gaming operating systems, enhancements and updates.
- Create support materials for venue teams.
- Provide comprehensive support for the implementation of new processes & proceedures.
- Ensure that team members are proficient in utilising system features and functionalities.
Service Efficiency
- Partner with venue gaming teams on training of Gaming Systems to drive service efficiency.
Testing New Innovations
- Identification & implementation of system benefits to maximise benefit operationally.
- Develop test use cases to ensure the reliability and effectiveness of new innovations from a venue operations perspective.
- Perform UAT (User Acceptance Testing) on new functionalities from a team & guest facing perspective.
- Document and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
Adhoc Gaming Team Support Where Required
- Cross functional gaming training of all gaming systems including asset management (Asset Matrix), logistics, analytic systems and pub+ loyalty.
- Support the operational execution of gaming & loyalty promotions.
- Support the tactical execution of renewals and reconfigurations.
What do we need from you

- 5+ Years experience working with gaming systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when required.
- Knowledge of national gaming industry regulations and compliance.
- Ability to hold relevant State Competency Card for responsible service of Liquor and Gaming.
