Summary:

We are seeking a Front of House professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests and ensuring the smooth operation of the front of house area. This position requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Your Role:

Welcome and engage guests with friendly, and knowledgable service

Take orders accurately, upsell strategic menu items, and handle payments efficiently

Deliver food promptly and check in on guest experience throughout their visit

Clear, reset, and sanitise tables quickly to maintain smooth service flow

Keep the dining area clean and well-stocked at all times

Communicate clearly with the kitchen about wait times and menu availability

Complete all opening, service, and closing checklists with care and consistency

Bartending, making Margies & Micheladas

What You Bring:

Front of House/Bar experience preferred, but we’ll train the right person.

Strong attention to detail, speed, initiative, and cleanliness.

Passion for food and consistency.

Team player with a positive attitude and work ethic.

Flexibility to work across lunch and dinner service, and weekend periods.
