Introduction

We are currently seeking an experienced Production Forklift Operator to join a fast-paced team. This role involves operating both High Reach and Counterbalance forklifts while supporting production and warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate high reach and counterbalance forklifts in the warehouse
• Load, unload, and move materials accurately according to batching instructions
• Perform batching tasks, including measuring, mixing, and preparing materials as per production requirements
• Ensure products are stored correctly and racking is organized
• Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety procedures

Your Profile

• Proven experience operating high reach and counterbalance forklifts
• Available Mon to Fri + Weekends from 7 am to 3pm
• Hands-on experience with batching processes in a warehouse or production environment
• Strong focus on safety, accuracy, and reliability
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
• Good physical fitness and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
