As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you’ll lead from the front — guiding and motivating our passionate front of house team to deliver smooth, seamless service. Working within the hospitality industry you should expect to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities or duties

Lead the Front of House Team: Create the buzz within the Bar, Café, and Restaurant, making sure every day is vibrant and running seamlessly.

Team Supervision and Training: Energise and motivate your front-of-house team while offering hands on learning and growth opportunities to spark their development.

Customer Service Excellence: Deliver top-notch service by handling inquiries, responding to feedback, and making sure every customer leaves with a smile and a memorable experience.

Promote Positive Workplace Culture: Empower and engage your team to create a culture where everyone thrives.

Collaboration with Leadership: Team up with your onsite leadership team to contribute to the wider success of the Club—let’s make progress together and have a blast while we’re at it!

Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure you help create a safe and healthy work environment.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

You will need to fit in with our groupwide values of Connected, Aligned, Respectful, Engaging and Supportive

You’ll be approachable, engaging and always professional.

Have recent experience in leading and motivating a team.

Have a genuine passion for outstanding customer service.

Be a team player who’s ready to dive in and support the crew.

Bring hands on experience in a fast-paced food and/or beverage setting.

Comfortable with using POS and food and beverage systems

Ability to guide and mentor a team with your leadership skills.

Currently hold, or willing to obtain an RSA, RSG and Food Safety Certificate

Experience needed

Recent experience in leading and motivating a team.

Hands on experience in a fast-paced food and/or beverage setting.
