JOB DETAILS:
Position: Food Coordinator
Status: Part time - 20 hours per week (Monday - Friday)
Hourly rate: $34.90 per hour (inclusive all allowances/loadings & Worker Retention Payment), plus super
Centre name: One Tree Derby Children’s Service
Location: Derby, Western Australia 6728
INGREDIENTS
1 cup of cooking smells wafting through the centre.
1 cup of healthy fun menus for children.
1 tablespoon of the freshest produce.
1 tablespoon of thrift to get the best food at the best prices.
2 cups of preparing food in accordance with food safety standards.

This position and you
You will be the heart of the center, where good food prepared by someone who truly cares makes all the difference. In this role, you will create menus based on the 'Staying Healthy' guidelines, provide adequate and nutritious meals for children, and ensure that everything is done within budget. Working with a range of different cultures and dietary needs is essential, making this position vital to the service as it ensures essential nutrition for the children.
Requirements
- Be eligible to work in Australia
- Current WA Working with Children Check
- Food Safety Certificate

Experience in Months: 24
Level of Education: bachelor degree
