The Role

Alba Thermal Springs & Spa is a luxury spa and hot springs destination located in Fingal.

Open for breakfast, lunch & dinner, Thyme’s menu has been created by well-known Melbourne chef, restauranteur, cookbook author and television presenter, Karen Martini – showcasing locally sourced, seasonal produce served alongside excellent coffee, herbal tea blends, local cold-pressed juices and signature cocktails. The wine list highlights the Peninsula’s many local vineyards, distilleries and breweries.

We’re expanding our team and looking for additional Part-time team members to join us.

As a Food & Beverage Attendant you’ll provide exceptional service to our guests in the restaurant (Thyme), private bathing areas and the spa lounge. Key responsibilities include:

• Greet and seat incoming guests to their tables
• Explain menu items and take food and beverage orders
• Provide advice in relation to the beverage menu
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with the Kitchen team

We will provide flexibility with days and hours across a rotational roster.

We offer a competitive hourly rate + superannuation + plus penalty rates.

About You

• You have an RSA certificate
• You have experience in a similar environment
• You have a passion for food and drinks
• You are guest centric, a team player, and have a positive attitude
• You have excellent personal presentation and strong communication skills
• You are capable, reliable and responsible
