ABOUT THE ROLE

EPEC is seeking a driven Finance Officer to join us for a period of 3 months, with the possibility of extension depending on business needs. Reporting to the Finance Manager and working in a collaborative team, you will support financial operations by ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across core finance activities. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing payroll and managing accounts payable and receivable
  • Reconciling bank accounts and corporate credit cards
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and supporting month‑end activities
  • Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Supporting compliance requirements and internal controls
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and system efficiencies
  • Collaborating with internal teams to support informed business decision‑making

ABOUT YOU

You are a detail‑focused finance professional with strong technical skills and a proactive approach. You bring:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business or Accounting
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a finance or accounting role
  • Strong proficiency with financial systems, Excel, and accounting software
  • Excellent time management, organisation, and problem‑solving skills
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to financial accuracy
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
