The Opportunity

Newly created FM opening within this PE-backed property business who have seen sustained growth in recent years with much more projected

Reporting into the Head of Finance and supported by a small team (Accountants and AP) you will oversee key corporate accounting responsibilities, including monthly reporting, consolidated reporting, fixed assets management, oversight of payroll accounting and audits

You will be tasked with leading, mentoring and review work of the GL team, as well as ongoing improvement of systems and processes to continually innovate towards efficiencies and best proactive

There will also be opportunity to be involved in projects including strategic projects, finance and systems transformation

About you

CA/CPA qualifications

Chartered background (business services or audit) - highly regarded

6+ years experience in a comparable corporate accounting role. Experience in fixed assets, payroll accounting and tax compliance are highly regarded

Proven people management skills

Strong proficiency in excel and ability to work with data

Strong communication and collaborative approach to reaching objectives
