ABOUT THE ROLE
Suttons Chullora have an exciting opportunity and are looking for an individual with some sales experience who has the passion and enthusiasm for delivering that excellent customer service!
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our team. While experience in the automotive industry is beneficial, it is not required.
We welcome candidates with backgrounds in fitness/personal training, retail, banking, lending, and brokering as well.

Responsibilities or duties
DUTIES
- Work collaboratively with the Sales teams to close deals
- Provide competitive Finance and Insurance solutions to our new and used car buyers
- Generate sales from warm internet leads
- Build and maintain effective customer relationships
- Work across our array of lenders to find solutions for our customers
- Ensuring the full cycle of the finance application process is completed correctly and in a timely manner
- Clear communication with the sales team & clients regarding applications and their outcome
- Ready to make an impact!
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
SKILLS
- Ability to think outside the box
- Immaculate presentation
- Strong attention to detail
- Natural problem-solving ability
- Strong work ethic and time management skills
- Exceptional negotiation and customer service skills
- Sound computer knowledge and sound experience using Outlook, Word and Excel.
- NSW drivers’ licence
- Able to work on weekends is a must!
- Be able to work under pressure
- Meeting targets and expectations
- Great interpersonal skills to communicate with external and internal stakeholders
Experience needed
While experience in the automotive industry is beneficial, it is not required.
