The Role

We are currently looking for energetic individuals to join our Manufacturing team in Dandenong, Victoria as a Factory Hand working our night shift.

Your role will be responsible for:

  • Operating all site machinery under supervision
  • Organising packing of finished products
  • Completing production records, daily worksheets, and quality data sheets accurately
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy work area at all times
  • Reporting QA issues promptly to the Supervisor or Leading Hand
  • Reporting machine faults promptly to the Supervisor or Leading Hand
  • Suggesting improvements to job methods, equipment, or workplace conditions
  • Complying with company WHS policies, procedures, and legislative requirements
  • Wearing required PPE and model safe work behavior
  • Reporting safety hazards immediately
  • Completing all required safety training within allocated time
  • Performing other duties as directed by Supervisor or Manufacturing Manager

The hours of work will be:

Night Shift

Monday – Friday, 9:54pm – 6:00am

Required Skills

To be considered for this role you will require:

  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work cooperatively with others to achieve production goals and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Ability to meet agreed timeframes and follow management instructions
