The Role
We are currently looking for energetic individuals to join our Manufacturing team in Dandenong, Victoria as a Factory Hand working our night shift.
Your role will be responsible for:
- Operating all site machinery under supervision
- Organising packing of finished products
- Completing production records, daily worksheets, and quality data sheets accurately
- Maintaining a clean and tidy work area at all times
- Reporting QA issues promptly to the Supervisor or Leading Hand
- Reporting machine faults promptly to the Supervisor or Leading Hand
- Suggesting improvements to job methods, equipment, or workplace conditions
- Complying with company WHS policies, procedures, and legislative requirements
- Wearing required PPE and model safe work behavior
- Reporting safety hazards immediately
- Completing all required safety training within allocated time
- Performing other duties as directed by Supervisor or Manufacturing Manager
The hours of work will be:
Night Shift
Monday – Friday, 9:54pm – 6:00am
Required Skills
To be considered for this role you will require:
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work cooperatively with others to achieve production goals and maintain a positive work environment.
- Ability to meet agreed timeframes and follow management instructions
