Your opportunity
We have a great opportunity for a Facilities Coordinator to join the team at one of our Westfield destinations east of Melbourne. Reporting to the Assistant Facilities Manager, you’ll support the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring it runs efficiently and safely through strong contractor coordination, work order management, and compliance.
This is a hands-on, operational role suited to someone with solid technical experience who can confidently manage building services and maintenance activities. Your work will directly contribute to maintaining a safe, functional, and high-quality environment for our retailers and customers.
Day-to-day you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the centre team in delivering high-quality hard and soft services across the site.
- Managing the CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management System) to prioritise, track, and close out work orders.
- Coordinating contractors and ensuring maintenance, repairs, and capital works are delivered safely, on time, and to standard.
- Conducting inspections, safety checks, and supporting compliance across building services and plant.
- Communicating effectively with retailers, contractors, and internal teams to coordinate works and resolve issues.
- Building strong relationships with service providers to ensure timely, compliant, and cost-effective delivery.
- Supporting incident response and ensuring adherence to Reactive Maintenance SLAs and safety standards.
This role is permanent, full-time, based onsite.

- Safety and compliance driven – understands and applies standards, procedures, and regulations.
- Commercial – understands cost, value, and quality when managing works.
- Collaborative – works effectively with contractors, tenants, and internal teams.
