Aurenne Group Mining is seeking a reliable and detail-focused Housekeeper to join our site-based team at Mt Ida, to support increased operational needs due to the expansion of our camp. This hands-on role is critical in maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment across village and site facilities, supporting the wellbeing and comfort of all personnel through high standards of hygiene, presentation and service.

About the Role
This is a hands-on operational role responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene and presentation standards across accommodation, communal areas and site facilities. You will contribute to creating a professional, safe and welcoming environment for all personnel while supporting daily village operations.
Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across accommodation, offices, crib rooms, common areas and site facilities
- Follow established cleaning procedures and schedules to meet hygiene and safety standards
- Safely use cleaning products and equipment in accordance with Safety Data Sheets and company procedures
- Assist the kitchen team with cleaning, basic food preparation, and meal packing if required.
- Monitor and maintain cleaning stock levels and report replenishment needs
- Perform rubbish removal and waste disposal safely and efficiently
- Support upkeep and presentation of village, bar and communal areas
- Provide courteous and professional service in village, tavern and retail areas
- Identify and report hazards, maintenance issues or unsafe conditions
- Participate in safety briefings and training as required
- Support general upkeep and presentation of all mine site facilities
This is a permanent, full-time FIFO/DIDO position based at Mt Ida, with point of hire from Perth.
Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years’ previous experience working as a mine site utility/cleaner
- RSA certificate
- Valid C Class Manual Driver’s Licence
- National police clearance in line with gold standards
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical and D&A screening
- Unrestricted Australian working rights
