GWS Automotive Group, a respected 3rd-generation dealership group operating for over 50 years, is expanding our team and seeking a motivated F&I Business Manager to join us in Oakleigh. Our current brands include Mitsubishi, Kia, Suzuki, and Geely. We are part of the larger Garry and Warren Smith Group, with other established automotive giants of Honda and Mazda.

This role is perfect for experienced F&I professionals OR people ready to learn, with a strong background in financial services or automotive sales, wanting to elevate their career.

Responsibilities or duties

• Support the sales team with contract preparation and customer finance pathways
• Present and explain Finance, Insurance, and Warranty products
• Negotiate and close finance deals professionally
• Manage the full loan process — from application through to settlement
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience
• Meet compliance and regulatory standards

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

• Driver’s Licence
• Clear police check
• Confident communicator
• Professional presentation
• Experience in F&I OR a finance-related industry OR automotive sales
• Willingness to learn for entry-level candidates
