The Role

As a Loss Adjuster, you’ll manage claims end-to-end, from site inspections through to resolution. You’ll assess damage, determine causes, engage the right experts, and guide customers through the process with clarity and care.
No two days are the same, and you’ll have the autonomy to own your portfolio while being backed by a collaborative team.
We’re open to people from a range of backgrounds—loss adjusting, claims, property, or similar—if you’ve got the right mindset and transferable skills.

What you’ll be doing
- Conducting site and desktop assessments
- Managing claims from start to finish
- Communicating clearly with customers, clients, and stakeholders
- Keeping accurate records and making sound, well-documented decisions
Key Requirements
- Driver’s licence required
- Relevant experience or qualifications (loss adjusting, or similar) are highly regarded
- Must have AU/NZ work rights and complete a police check
- Conducting site and desktop assessments
- Managing claims from start to finish
- Communicating clearly with customers, clients, and stakeholders
- Keeping accurate records and making sound, well-documented decisions
