About the Role

This is a 12-month opportunity with strong potential to go permanent for the right person.

What You’ll Do

Take the lead on-site, managing and motivating a team of Brand Ambassadors to deliver high-energy, high-impact events

Own the end-to-end execution of a busy calendar of face-to-face activations

Coordinate all on-ground logistics including rostering, set-up, pack-down and event operations

Act as the key brand representative, ensuring every customer interaction is engaging and on-brand

Coach, train and uplift casual staff to consistently perform at their best

Ensure product demos, sampling and activations run smoothly and deliver results

Manage event equipment, stock and merchandise, ensuring everything is organised and event-ready

You’ll work closely with your Regional Operations Manager to bring campaigns to life and create standout customer experiences.

About You

Proven experience leading teams in fast-paced, on-the-ground environments (events, retail, activations or similar)

Hands-on event execution experience — you’re confident being in the thick of it, not just behind the scenes

A natural leader who knows how to motivate, coach and get the best out of people

Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple moving parts

Thrive in dynamic environments and can adapt quickly when plans change

Strong communicator with a passion for customer engagement

Comfortable with the physical side of events (set-ups, equipment handling, etc.)

Flexible to work evenings and weekends as required

Full Australian Driver’s Licence and own vehicle (LR licence a bonus)

Telco experience is advantageous but not essential

Open to an initial 12-month contract with potential to extend
