End User Computing (EUC) Techs Wanted

Location: New South Wales

Are you ready to take on a challenging role in IT deployment?

We are looking for experienced EUC techs to join our team for an exciting project.

Join our team for casual project work across New South Wales.

Duties:

• Provide end user support for clients
• Installation and configure of hardware components
• Maintain and deploy desktops, laptops and peripherals
• Resolve hardware, software and network issues
• Knowledge of network connectivity
• Troubleshooting and fault finding of network and hardware issues
• Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps

To Be Successful:

• Proven minimum 12 months experience in a similar role with onsite experience
• Ability to travel between sites
• Full Australian Drivers License and own transport
• Full working rights in Australia
• 2x work related references
• Valid police check
• Fully Covid Vaccinated
• Must be able to work autonomously
• Ability to follow instructions and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Reliable, confident and a self starter who is able to work independently
• Excellent communication skills and strong friendly customer service personality
