About the role
As our Education Committees Officer, you’ll provide secretariat and administrative support to committees and the Censor in Chief. Reporting to the Governance and Fellowship Lead, you’ll manage meetings, documentation and schedules, while liaising with internal teams, RACGP members, regulatory bodies and external stakeholders to support education governance processes.
As our Education Committees Officer, you’ll also:
- Coordinate committee and executive meetings, including logistics, scheduling and documentation of outcomes and actions
- Provide administrative support to the Censor in Chief, including travel, expenses and meeting coordination
- Manage governance documentation and sensitive information in line with policies and systems
- Support education processes and team operations, including application coordination, inbox management and stakeholder enquiries
Skills and experience
- Proven experience supporting committees and governance
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and stakeholder skills
