Early Collections Representative – 6-Month Contract
Location: Scoresby, VIC
Start Date: 15th June 2026)
Salary: $41.42/hour + Super
Roster: Hybrid (2–3 days in office), Mon–Thurs 8:30am–7:00pm, Fri 8:30am–6:00pm
About the Role:
Join a dynamic team supporting customers through various stages of their car loan journey. Responsibilities include handling general account enquiries, refinancing, insurance and roadside assistance sales, and early collections. The role demands high-quality customer service with a focus on first-contact resolution.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in collections or financial hardship.
- Alternatively, strong call centre/customer service background
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable working with systems/CRMs
Requirements added by the job poster
- 2+ years of work experience with Cash Collection
- 2+ years of work experience with Contact Centers
