Background

Trilogy Care is one of Australia’s fastest-growing health and aged care providers, and we’re building the finance function to match. Not a traditional back-office. A modern financial operations team where accountants write SQL alongside journal entries, where Python replaces copy-paste, and where AI agents handle the work that used to eat your week.

We’re opening expressions of interest from finance professionals who have the technical rigour of a CPA/CA but think like systems builders. If you’ve ever looked at a month-end close and thought “I could automate this” – we want to talk to you.

Who we’re looking for

We’re connecting with finance and accounting professionals at all levels – junior, mid-level, and senior accountants, financial analysts and emerging finance leaders ready for their next step.

Across management accounting, financial reporting, commercial finance, and operations – we have roles available now with more to come as the team scales.

You don’t wait for a manual. You write it in Claude Code and then automate it.

• Open to AI: You have an open mind to learn and apply the latest in AI thinking. You’re not waiting for permission — you’re already experimenting with LLMs, copilots, and automation in your day-to-day work, and you want an employer that encourages it.
• Systems thinker: You look at how things work end-to-end, spot what’s broken or inefficient, and design them to be better. You think in workflows and processes, not just transactions.
• Comfortable in ambiguity: High-growth companies don’t have a playbook for everything. You find that energising, not stressful.
• Tech-first: Excel is your baseline, not your ceiling. You’re already using (or learning) SQL, Power BI, or Python to move faster.
