We are currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Delivery Coordinator to join our dynamic used vehicle team at Osborne Park Kia & MG!
You will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive their vehicles in pristine condition. Your meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills will contribute to the smooth and efficient operations of our dealership.

Responsibilities or duties
You will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all delivery activities, including booking in cars for customer handover, liaising with workshop staff and sales team members.
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
Passionate about the automotive industry
Outstanding communication skills and ability to provide excellent customer service
Well presented, professional with an attitude to succeed
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
WA drivers’ licence is required
Experience needed
Experience is preferred but not essential. Full training will be provided for the right candidate.
Candidates with automotive experience will be highly regarded.
