About the Role

As our DVA Administrator, you’ll be the backbone of our DVA operations ensuring every service is compliant, every record is accurate, and every veteran’s journey through our platform is seamless.

You’ll work closely with our coordination team, playing a hands-on role in keeping things running smoothly. This is a role where your attention to detail directly translates into better outcomes for veterans, and where your initiative can genuinely shape how we do things.

What You’ll Be Doing..

This is a busy, phone-first role. On any given day you’ll be:

  • Taking inbound and outbound enquiries with professionalism and care every day
  • Ensuring all DVA service plans are accurate, current, and aligned with active service periods
  • Keeping records clean and reliable process and maintain client records within the CareVicinity platform
  • Managing service setup documentation and required DVA forms
  • Strengthening the team by coordination with scheduling, service updates, and shift approvals
  • Contributing ideas and energy to continuously refine our DVA workflows and admin systems
