What You’ll Do
- Onboard coordinators, clients, and providers so they are confident using CareVicinity from day one
- Help clients create profiles, post jobs, and secure workers for their requests, ensuring that postings are accurate and actionable
- Guide providers in creating and optimising profiles, applying for jobs, lodging shifts, and navigating payment information
- Drive job fulfilment by ensuring roles attract and match suitable providers, engaging directly where needed to close gaps fast
- Liaise closely with various departments to remove barriers and maintain smooth workflows from start to finish
- Deliver timely, professional support via chat, email, and phone, resolving questions and issues with empathy and clarity
- Monitor engagement and outcomes for both clients and providers, proactively recommending improvements to lift satisfaction and retention
