About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to join our team in a dynamic administrative support role. In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer service while supporting a range of administrative functions, including maintaining rates and property records, generating accurate Property Search reports within strict timeframes, and updating land ownership and water connection databases. You will also assist in coordinating supplementary rate notices, managing system data, and supporting monthly billing processes.
The position also involves handling financial transactions such as journal adjustments, payments, direct debits, payroll deductions, and refunds, while investigating and resolving customer payment discrepancies. You will respond to enquiries across multiple channels regarding rates, water billing, and utility charges, ensuring accurate and timely outcomes. About You
- Relevant qualification and/or 3+ years’ experience in customer service or administration
- Experience working in a fast-paced, team-based environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and administrative systems
- High attention to detail, organisation, and time management
