- Managing reporting, administration and rostering to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Ensuring safety, compliance and traffic management standards are maintained across the car park environment
- Supporting traffic flow and on-ground operations during peak periods to ensure a smooth customer experience
This role is permanent, full-time, based on site at Westfield Doncaster, and operates on a Tuesday to Saturday roster.
What sets you apart

You bring a strong balance of on-the-ground leadership and strategic thinking, with the ability to use data and insights to drive performance and improve operations.
You’re someone who isn’t afraid to roll up your sleeves, take ownership and make decisions, while also building a strong team culture through clear communication, coaching and accountability.
Experience within parking operations or a similar environment is highly regarded, along with strong technical capability and a valid driver’s licence.
You will be:
- A proactive “go-getter” who takes ownership and drives outcomes
- A confident decision maker, comfortable managing performance and providing feedback
- Analytical, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends and opportunities
