In this role you will work closely with internal stakeholders and customers to ensure seamless service delivery, identify new opportunities, and support customer success. You will be responsible for actively promoting and selling our aftersales products and services across our Jungheinrich, TCM, and Manitou product lines.

You will be:
- Highly organised & methodical with strong attention to detail.
- Confident in customer-facing environments with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experienced in sales, service or aftersales roles (materials handling or similar industries preferred).
- Skilled in building strong internal and external relationships, with a customer-first mindset.
- Results-oriented with a proactive and flexible approach to meeting business needs.
- Familiar with spare parts interpretation (highly regarded but not essential).
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Actively selling the full range of aftersales products and services, identifying customer needs and presenting value-driven solutions.
- Building and strengthening relationships with new, existing, and previously lost customers to drive business development.
- Negotiating, preparing, and renewing service agreements to align with customer requirements and deliver commercial objectives.
- Collaborating regularly with State and Key Account Sales teams to deliver exceptional customer service outcomes.
- Implementing and executing sales strategies across your assigned region and customer base.
- Preparing accurate and timely quotes for repairs and service work using internal systems and tools.
- Analysing service performance metrics and supporting the customer in identifying improvement opportunities.
- Participating in marketing campaigns and promotional activities to boost service awareness.
- Applying technical knowledge to assist in identifying service opportunities and recommending appropriate solutions.
- Presenting and reviewing reports with customers, defining and agreeing on next steps to ensure customer satisfaction.
