We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer to join a medical company located in Seven Hills. This role is available for an immediate start, and you must be able to commit to the length of the assignment.

The Role

  • Processing customer orders
  • Responding to phone and email enquiries - Stock Availability, ETA's, Pricing
  • Processing Sales Order returns and Issuing Credit Notes
  • Database maintenance and data entry

About You

  • Experience with Customer Service Order Processing
  • Experience with Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)
  • Have intermediate MS Office
  • Have clear and concise communication skills
  • Be available to commit to the length of the assignment
