We are seeking enthusiastic and driven Customer Service/Gaming Attendants who share our commitment to delivering outstanding experiences for our members and guests, at North Lakes Sports Club.

Responsibilities or duties
- Customer Service Excellence: Impress our guests with your warm, engaging, and speedy service, turning every visit into a memorable and delightful experience.
- Service and Order Handling: Efficiently capture food and drink orders, collaborate with your team to get them to the kitchen or bar, and deliver the goods with speed, all while keeping the energy high and the vibe fun!
- Team Collaboration: Work alongside our kitchen crew, bartenders, and all-star colleagues to create a seamless, efficient, and high-energy work environment!
- Cleaning Duties: Keep the vibe fresh and sparkling by handling routine cleaning tasks.
- Create a Safe Entertainment Environment: Identify and assist patrons who may not be having the intended enjoyable experience we aim to provide in our club.
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
- You will need to fit in with our groupwide values of Connected, Aligned, Respectful, Engaging and Supportive.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional service and ensuring every guest feels valued.
- Thrive in a lively hospitality environment with a can-do attitude.
- Love working with others and always ready to lend a hand to your teammates.
- A high standard of grooming and presentation.
- Currently hold, or willing to obtain an RSA, RSG and Food Safety Certificate.
- Flexible availability, particularly on evenings and weekends.
Experience needed
- Experience within a gaming environment? That’s a big plus!
