About the Role

As a Service Advisor, you will be the vital link between our valued customers and our expert service team. Your role is to provide a seamless, high-quality service experience, ensuring every customer receives the premium care and attention they expect from a trusted brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers, understanding their service needs
  • Provide expert customer support on vehicle servicing, repairs, and maintenance
  • Coordinate service bookings and ensure efficient workflow
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with customers throughout the service process
  • Collaborate with technicians and the wider team to deliver exceptional service

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor (prestige brand experience highly regarded)
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Passion for the Isuzu brand and the automotive industry
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • A team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail

Applicants must have;

Exceptional verbal communication skills and a customer-centric approach.

Patience and empathy when dealing with diverse customer inquiries.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.

Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
