About the role
As an experienced Customer Experience Coordinator with direct customer experience, your primary focus is to effectively manage our customers experience from sale acceptance through to completion within our Glenvill Homes Greenfields business also working closely with Sales and Construction.
The Customer Experience Coordinator supports clients through the entire build journey, acting as their main point of contact from sales acceptance to completion. The role focuses on clear communication, problem-solving, and keeping projects on track for a smooth customer experience.
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, in this role you will:
- Support clients/investors from contract to completion
- Coordinate with Sales and Construction teams
- Create contracts and ensure all conditions in the Building Contract are met
- Completing Permit and Council applications
- Record and maintain accurate and appropriate client discussions and information
- Keep clients/channels informed and projects on track
- Champion the customer experiences every step of the way
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Familiarity with the townhomes / Greenfields process is a key to your success.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build trust and rapport.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Clickhome is a bonus
- Empathy and understanding of customer emotions during significant financial and lifestyle decisions.
- Proactive problem-solving skills with a can-do attitude.
- Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
