The Ateco Group is the largest independent, privately-owned motor vehicle distributor in Australia. In the Australian market we represent LDV, Maserati, Ram Trucks and Renault, wholesaling over 20,000 vehicles in the last 12 months. We have a history spanning more than 30 years in developing and delivering automotive brands to the Australian and New Zealand market, covering luxury vehicles, performance pick up trucks and economical commercial vehicles.

An exciting opportunity exists to join our Sydney based team as a Customer Relations Specialist within our Group Aftersales Team. This role works to ensure customer issues are handled effectively, quickly and efficiently ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

Receiving incoming customer relations enquiries escalated from our contact centre and directing responses.

Manage and respond to customer complaints across phone, email, and online channels in a timely and professional manner.

Responsible for day-to-day data processing and administration tasks.

Requirements

Experience in a similar role, especially experience dealing with customer issues and complaints.

Intermediate level experience in all Microsoft office products including Microsoft excel.

An interest in the automotive industry and cars in general is not essential but it helps!!
