We are looking for a detail‑driven and highly organised Customer Operations Representative to support our internal processes and ensure smooth day‑to‑day operational performance. This role focuses on validating invoicing, ensuring data accuracy, administrative tasks and processing service orders and queries.

You'll be working in a structured, process‑driven environment with a supportive team that values accuracy, collaboration, and continuous improvement

What You'll Do:

  • Process customer account updates, service orders, requests, and data corrections in line with internal procedures
  • Validate and maintain accurate customer and service information within systems
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure adherence to policies and regulatory requirements
  • Ensure all interactions are handled in line with our Customer Interaction and Quality Framework
  • Complete back‑office tasks that support customer billing, metering, and service delivery
  • Manage complex billing, metering and payment activities, including system work queues, exceptions and reporting in accordance with Service Level Agreements as well as resolving escalated customer queries
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM systems
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying process gaps or data anomalies
