About the Role:
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be a key part of the customer journey:
Responsibilities or duties
- Create an exciting, informative and customer-focused buying experience
- Proactively assist both appointment-based and walk-in customers
- Drive vehicle sales by understanding and matching customer needs
No car-industry experience needed – we provide all tools and training. We want someone honest, loves dealing with people, and eager to self-develop.
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
- Quality in-person customer service
- Create connections with customers
- Interpret and discuss stock information
- Record customer information
- Manage handovers
About You:
- Passion for joyful customer experiences
- Effective communication
- Empathy and patience
- Honesty and integrity
- Strong problem-solving
- Collaborative approach
- Joy in helping others
- Drive to learn and grow
- Full Driver’s License
- Motor Vehicle Sales License (or willing to obtain)
