About the opportunity:

As a Courtesy Bus Driver, you will provide safe, reliable and professional transport for customers while their vehicles are being serviced. This role is highly customer-focused and suited to someone friendly, punctual and safety-conscious. The successful candidate will undertake the below:

Responsibilities or duties:

• Understanding the impact that exceptional service can have on the teams success through positive customer satisfaction and feedback following a completed job
• Pick up and/or delivery of people and vehicles, driving carefully and in accordance with road rules
• Meeting dealership standards and quality assurance
• Transferring customers to and from their points of destination
• Provide frontline customer service
• Ensure the showrooms and customer facilities are clean and well presented
• Assist with reception calls, administration and other ad-hoc duties

About you:

Success in this role requires a customer-led mindset, highly developed communication skills, and the confidence to make decisions and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment. You will demonstrate:

• Current and valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record
• Proven safe driving history and strong road awareness
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Friendly, professional and well-presented
• Reliable, punctual and well organised
• Domestic or commercial cleaning experience
• Ability to maintain vehicle cleanliness and basic daily checks
• Must be eligible to work in Australia
