What You’ll Do

Prepare and manage contracts and subcontracts, ensuring compliance

Oversee budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting to keep projects on track.

Coordinate procurement and build strong relationships with subcontractors.

Support Project Managers with clear documentation and timely communication.

Drive continuous improvement in processes and risk management.

What You Bring

Experience in contract administration within construction (Tier 3/4 preferred).

1- 2 years CA experience

Knowledge of building contracts, procurement, and subcontractor management.

Excellent organisation, communication, and negotiation skills.
