Responsibilities or duties

As a Construction Broker / Senior Broker, you will lead your portfolio, managing complex construction risks, advising clients and brokers, and helping drive market share. This can be a national, market-facing role or specific to state with autonomy and accountability - you can work across multiple jurisdictions, handling major projects and everything through Corporate to SME clients while being supported by a highly experienced, collaborative team.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

Confident, commercially minded broker with experience in construction and commercial or corporate portfolios

Experience needed

Proven ability to build a book, manage client relationships, and influence broker and market outcomes

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of construction clients, providing expert advice, technical solutions, and risk management across projects of all sizes
• Build market share by developing broker relationships, leading renewals, submissions, and influencing the placement of large-scale risks nationally
• Partner with teams across underwriting, claims, and risk services to ensure exceptional client outcomes, portfolio quality, and operational excellence
