About the Role

Concept Management Group Australia Pty Ltd is currently seeking ABN Skilled and General Construction Labourers for immediate starts across multiple ongoing residential, commercial, and civil construction projects throughout Sydney.

With a strong pipeline of projects across all areas of Sydney, this opportunity offers consistent long-term work, Monday–Saturday availability, and 40–50 hours per week for reliable workers ready to start immediately.

What You’ll Receive

• $30–$35 per hour (ABN)
• Weekly pay cycle for all approved hours worked
• Immediate starts available — onboarding can be completed within 24–48 hours
• Monday–Saturday work available (40–50 hours per week)
• Additional hours and weekend work may be available depending on project requirements
• Strong pipeline of ongoing projects ensuring consistent long-term work across Sydney
• Projects located across all areas of Sydney
• Safe, well-managed worksites
• Opportunities to gain experience across multiple sectors and projects

Please note: This role is offered on an ABN contractor basis. The agreed hourly rate applies to all hours worked on site, including any hours worked beyond a standard workday.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting trades and site supervisors with general labouring duties
• Site preparation, clean-up, and material handling
• Loading, unloading, and moving construction materials
• Safely operating power and hand tools
• Basic demolition and site support tasks
• Following all WHS and site safety procedures
• Supporting teams to ensure projects run efficiently

Requirements

• Previous construction or labouring experience (preferred but not essential)
• White Card (required)
• Ability to safely use power tools
• Physically fit and capable of manual labour
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
• Driver’s licence and reliable transport (preferred but not essential)
