About The Role

Due to growth, they are looking for a driveway valet to meet and greet customers on arrival to the service area, This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for customer service.

In this role you will:

• Greet and welcome customers and visitors warmly and professionally as they arrive at the service driveway for drop off of their vehicles
• Coordinate driveway procedures to ensure a seamless customer experiences
• Provide exceptional service that exceeds customer expectations and builds lasting relationships
• Ensure the smooth operation of the driveway
• Moving vehicles from and to the driveway for customer drop off and pick up

Our ideal candidate will possess the following:

• A valid Australian Driver’s Licence
• a friendly, approachable demeanour.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong organisational and time management skills to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
• Previous experience in customer service or concierge roles is desirable but not essential
