In this dynamic, community-facing role, you’ll lead the delivery of engaging public safety programs across Brisbane, building strong partnerships and making a genuine impact where it matters most.

What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate and deliver engaging Community Awareness and Public Safety Education programs across the Brisbane region.
- Build strong partnerships with schools, community organisations, and internal stakeholders.
- Lead and support Community Awareness Presenters to ensure high-quality program delivery.
- Maintain accurate reporting, data tracking, and evaluation of program outcomes.
- Contribute to funding proposals, innovation projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.
About You:
- Current (or ability to obtain) a working with children blue card.
- Current Queensland Driver Licence.
- Surf Life Saving membership or willingness to obtain a Bronze Medallion.
- Experience in surf lifesaving, emergency services, education, or community safety programs.
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and customer service capability.
- Proven ability to coordinate staff across multiple sites and manage scheduling.
- Excellent organisational and reporting skills.
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team.
- Flexibility to work weekends on occasion.
