What you’ll be doing

• Partner closely with senior stakeholders to understand performance drivers and influence decision-making
• Analyse trends and key drivers to clearly explain variances and provide actionable insights
• Lead forecasting and planning cycles with a focus on driving business outcomes, not just accuracy
• Consolidate inputs across multiple business units, challenge assumptions, and identify opportunities to improve performance
• Deliver targeted, commercial analysis (e.g. digital vs traditional revenue streams) to support strategic initiatives
• Act as the bridge between data/tech teams and the business — translating data into meaningful, commercial insight
• Prepare clear, concise, executive-level presentations that drive discussion and action

• 4+ years’ experience in a true commercial Finance Business Partnering role
• Strong ability to connect financials to operational performance and business outcomes
• Confident in challenging stakeholders and influencing decisions
• Proven experience working across multiple stakeholders in a complex environment

• High calibre profile; Big 4/Mid-tier second movers with strong commercial exposure encouraged
